When you hire Noxu Solutions for a project, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed on a fixed-price or milestone basis, with payment terms specified in your project agreement.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including source code, design files, and content we produce for you.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Projects we build may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, or software subscriptions). You are responsible for any ongoing fees associated with services you choose to use after project delivery.

We build every project with care, but we cannot guarantee that any website, application, or automation will be completely free of errors or achieve specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, Noxu Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our work.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
